(“Equitas”) contacting any referees, previous employers, educational institutions, or other relevant parties for the purpose of conducting reference and background checks as part of the recruitment process. I understand that enquiries may relate to my employment history, qualifications, work performance, salary information, professional conduct, and general suitability for employment opportunities.

I acknowledge that information obtained during reference checks may remain confidential and may not be disclosed to me where the referee or relevant party requests confidentiality. Equitas will handle all such information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

I authorise Equitas People Partners Pte. Ltd. to present my resume, profile, and relevant employment information to prospective employers and clients for the purpose of identifying suitable employment opportunities. All communication regarding opportunities introduced by Equitas will be coordinated through an authorised representative of the company.

Where I engage in direct communication with any client introduced by Equitas People Partners regarding a role or opportunity, I agree to keep Equitas informed and acknowledge Equitas as the representing recruitment agency for that opportunity.

I agree to notify Equitas People Partners if any client introduced through Equitas contacts me directly regarding employment opportunities within 12 months from the date of introduction or referral.

I confirm that all information, documents, and details provided by me are true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
