Refer A Friend – Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Equitas People Partners referral program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Only candidates registered with Equitas People Partners Pte. Ltd. are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred candidates must be new to Equitas People Partners and not previously registered in our database.

Referral Reward

• Eligible referrers may receive a referral reward after the referred candidate successfully completes their probation period in a role secured through Equitas People Partners.
• The referred candidate must be successfully placed in:
  
  • A permanent role, or
  • A minimum 3-month contract or temporary role

within 12 months from the referral date.

• Reward details and values may vary depending on the placement type and company policies.

Referral Conditions

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant may make.
• Each candidate can only be referred once. If multiple referrals are received for the same individual, the referred candidate will determine the eligible referrer.
• The referred individual must consent to having their information shared with Equitas People Partners.
• It is the referrer’s responsibility to contact their consultant regarding reward eligibility and claims.

General Conditions

• Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
• Equitas People Partners reserves the right to replace any reward with an alternative of equal value if necessary.
• Equitas People Partners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by Equitas People Partners regarding eligibility and reward qualification shall be final.
